Team Hope (worship band) Practices are the Wednesday prior at 6:30 p.m. Team Hope is a modern contemporary worship team with instruments and a worship or song leader, Liz Raihala, Hope Music Director. They play and sing songs you may hear on KDNW Christian radio.
Hymns, Hymns, Hymns – This past January and February on Tuesdays, Joanne Hubal offered an hour of hymns on the piano in the Mathison Room for singing along or listening pleasure, complete with warm beverages. For more information contact Joanne Hubal
Palm Sunday Along with palms, we mark Palm Sunday with a seasonal contemporary choral musical. If you can’t sing with the choir on a regular basis, but would still enjoy singing this great music, we would love to have you next year.
Music of Hope -a concert. The Music of Hope is held in the Spring and Fall. Two events with a wide variety of music by Hope community members. Vocalists, instrumentalists, and groups all share their talents, and as always, there was something for every musical taste. Music Outreach Ministry Singers and instrumentals are always welcome to participate at services at area senior facilities. There is regular worship Pines III and St. Ann’s as well as seasonal opportunities at other facilities. This is an ongoing ministry. Contact Sally Herstad or Joanne Hubal.
Would you like to share your gift of music at Hope? We are looking for musicians interested in forming a worship band (guitar, bass, drums, keys, etc.) as well as musicians interested in sharing their gifts as part of special music. If you are interested, contact Liz Raihala, Music Director.
Sound & Media – As our music program grows we are looking for individuals to join our team to help ensure good sound for worship and other events. If you would like to learn how or be part of the sound team Contact Liz Raihala, Music Director.
